Jira and Asana

Keep delivery work in Jira or Asana and see it in the Stafio plan, against the milestones that carry hours and margin.

Connect

  1. As a firm admin, open Jira & Asana under Firm.
  2. Choose Jira or Asana and enter your site or workspace URL, the account email and an API token. Stafio stores only a hash of the token and shows its last characters.
  3. Choose whether to sync projects, tasks or both.

Link a project

  1. Pick the Stafio project and, optionally, the milestone the work belongs to.
  2. Enter the Jira project key (for example NBF) or the Asana project name.

Sync

Firm admins, account managers and delivery leads can run a sync. Issues and tasks appear in Projects & Plan as tasks with a JIRA or ASANA badge and a link back. If no milestone was chosen, they land on the project's first milestone. The connection shows when it last synced and what changed.

To stop, disconnect the integration. Tasks already synced stay in the plan.
